Complimentary domestic shipping is included on all orders over $120. International rates are calculated at checkout.

What is your jewelry made of?
Each Posara piece is crafted with a solid brass base and finished in either a rich 16k gold or polished silver finish. We carefully curate every design to deliver an elevated look, comfortable feel, and timeless style you'll reach for every day.
Is POSARA hypoallergenic?
Yes. All POSARA pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Will it tarnish?
Our 2.5 micron plating is water and tarnish resistant when cared for properly. With reasonable everyday wear, your pieces are designed to last for years.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted with quality materials and a rich, durable finish designed for everyday wear. Like all plated jewelry, natural wear will occur over time, but with proper care, your pieces can maintain their beautiful shine for years to come. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions.

How do I store it?
Store each piece flat in the POSARA pouch it arrived in — away from direct sunlight and humidity.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid liquid cleaners, polishes and ultrasonic devices.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
